１０月９日の回

時間が過ぎていくのが早く感じる。恐ろしく早く感じる。

そろそろ死ぬのか…？

と、思っていたら、
時間が短いと感じる人はあまり老けないそうです。
時間が長いと感じる人ほど早く老けていくそうです。

例えば、
やりたくないことをやっていて、1時間を3時間ぐらいに長く感じてしまっている人は、
気持ちで3倍老け込んでしまうそうです。
やりたいことをやっていて楽しくて仕方ない人は、時間が過ぎるのを早く感じて、
感じた分だけしか老けないそうです。

なるほど。
考えかた次第ですな。
