ビジネスのユニットを小型化していく。
最近はビジネスを機能させることが少人数で
できるようになってきたように思います。
また大きな組織では、変化のスピードに対応
していけないのではないかと思います。
例えばですが、
１０００人に対して１人の意志決定者ではなく、
１０人に対して１人の意志決定がおり、それらが
１００ユニットあるほうが、柔軟性と即応性がある
のではないかと考えたりします。
大人数のメリットも当然あります。
が、少人数での個々のチカラの最大化が効果が
あるのではないかと考えたりしています。
産業構造そのものも変化してきているとは思います。
なんか、まぁ、そんな感じ。
